I lead customer success organizations at cutting-edge tech companies like Shaped.ai, Seismic, and LinkedIn. My role is to turn chaotic variables into clear, actionable plans. I manage P&L, drive revenue growth of up to $25M, and build teams that consistently exceed their goals. It's a world of structure, data, and strategy.
The Creator & Builder
I'm the founder who taught herself to code and personally programmed a full-stack AI application for my company, NxtConnect AI. I write books, design characters, produce videos, and build brands from the ground up. It's a world of imagination, synthesis, and bringing ideas to life.

For years, I was told to pick a lane. But the rise of AI created a collision point where my two worlds didn't just meet—they fused. I realized my ability to speak the languages of business, technology, and creative teams wasn't a strange quirk; it was the essential skill for the future.

About the Founder
Frederike Falke is the founder of The Creative AI Lab. A self-taught full-stack AI developer and an entrepreneurial leader, she currently leads Customer Success at Shaped.ai. With a history of driving growth at tech giants like LinkedIn and Miro and an education from NYU, Harvard Business School Online, and Maastricht University, Frederike created the Lab as the ultimate expression of her passion for building at the intersection of technology and human creativity. She is a German-American and lives in New York City.
