Understanding the FIPAC Framework: A Guide to Your Cognitive Wiring

What is FIPAC?

FIPAC stands for Fast, Intense, comPlex, Aware, and Creative – five core traits that define how gifted, creative, and neurocomplex individuals experience the world. Unlike traditional personality tests, FIPAC focuses on the intensity of your experiences rather than categorizing you into rigid boxes.

The Five Core Traits

⚡ Fast

If you score high in Fast, your mind operates at an accelerated pace. You make connections quickly, often seeing solutions or patterns before others have even defined the problem. You might find yourself finishing others' sentences or feeling frustrated when things move too slowly.

🔥 Intense

High Intensity means you experience everything deeply. Your emotions are rich and profound, your interests become all-consuming passions, and shallow engagement simply isn't an option. When you care about something, you care with your whole being.

🧩 comPlex

Complex thinkers naturally see layers and nuance in everything. You appreciate systems, paradoxes, and the beautiful messiness of reality. Simple answers often feel incomplete to you because you understand that most things exist in shades of gray.

👁️ Aware

High Awareness means your perceptual sensitivity is turned up. You notice details others miss, pick up on subtle emotional atmospheres, and have a heightened consciousness of your own internal states. This can be a gift and sometimes overwhelming.

💡 Creative

Creative individuals are driven to generate novelty. Whether through art, problem-solving, or reimagining everyday life, you have an innate need to create something new and unique. Convention feels constraining; you thrive when free to innovate.

Finding Your Archetype

Your FIPAC archetype is determined by your dominant trait combined with your dominant domain (Cognitive, Emotional, Sensory, Relational, Physical, or Existential). This creates 30 unique archetypes, each with its own strengths, challenges, and path to growth.

Take the FIPAC assessment to discover which of the 30 archetypes best describes your cognitive wiring.
