FIPAC stands for Fast Intense comPlex Aware and Creative and it measures the giftedness of individuals on these dimensions and various sub categories to help individuals that believe to fall into any of these categories or realized that they are reacting especially strong in these categories to find ways to better manage their giftedness and find people that are similarly wired as they are.
The Vision
Creating a questionnaire that gives individuals with giftedness traits the ability to better understand themselves, feel some comfort and strategies to better work on figuring out a place that fits them and their talents and strengths.
