Muscle Memory Coding Tool

Learning to code by building Muscle Memory

Muscle Memory Coding Tool

This tool is a practical small tool to be used to improve your coding practice. It is about training your muscle memory to learn those commands that are most helpful to you via repetition.

What it's about

This project was born out of necessity and includes a simple coding interface where users can type in/select a coding snippet and then write it themselves and in the end submit it. It is not about creating code, but simply learn what it is and asking an AI to give more details about that code snippet and what the commands do.

It is helpful for learning, to quickly learn some commands that you want to know and write without consistently asking AI, and it helps to get that muscle memory in - that in our case helped a lot for non-coders wanting to get fit on these.

The Vision

This is an idea taken from Tennis, playing piano and other activities that require hand movement and in general body movement - the idea that these are able to work even after 10 years of not touching anything like a tennis racket or skis or a pen and still knowing how it works. Same goes with specific commands and prompts, once in muscle memory it is mostly more readily available and does not need consistent learning.

Pain Point

Consistently having to ask AI about commands or copy/pasting consistently which does not help with learning and improving self-writing - which over time is faster.

Best For

Code learners, AI Coders with no coding experience, No-Coders, AI Enthusiasts, Starting Programmers.
